During the week of 18th - 24th May there is a national celebration of how arts and culture support health.

This festival is a partnership between London Arts and Health Forum and the Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance.

Norfolk Arts Forum and Norfolk Arts Service, supported by Norfolk County Council are coordinating a local programme here in Norfolk.

In conjunction with this celebration, I am hosting an evening workshop on Wednesday 20th May.

Finally, people are waking up to prevention is better than cure. If you wait until you are burnt out, exhausted and unable to function, then it is a very long way back to good health. Here I speak from personal experience

My goals are that through these workshops we can create a real connection, create a space where there is no judgement, a place where you can feel safe and secure

It is time to shine the light on self-care and to create habits and rituals that you can use daily, as part of a healthy routine for your body and your mind
