I have a home office and a workshop space which is peaceful and so allows for total focus and helps to create a relaxed learning environment
This environment can also be recreated at any venue of your choice, as long as it is somewhere which allows participants to switch off from their daily routine
I actively encourage all my 1:1 clients to meet me at the beach, or to walk together in nature as part of our session time. This helps us to really focus as we embrace all of the sounds, sights and smells around us.
Finally, people are waking up to prevention is better than cure. If you wait until you are burnt out, exhausted and unable to function, then it is a very long way back to good health. Here I speak from personal experience
